Shelton Vision Systems are specialists in the application of digital camera systems for surface and product inspection. The webSPECTOR® systems provide customers with dedicated inspection platforms using off the shelf PC technology. The powerful server grade PC technology with flexible software architecture and top-end digital imaging technology provide users with a scalable system for finding surface and colour defects.

The webSPECTOR® systems inspect automatically and at high speed. Shelton have designed and installed systems that can inspect plain or textured materials with large variations between product types.

The systems can be integrated with your existing process line or provided off-line for rolled, lapped or boxed materials. Together with our sister company, Shelton Machines Ltd, we can provide a complete solution which includes all of your mechanical handling needs.
